Whith our project

We believe that we can save more lifes with you

Our projects are organized around two complementary pillars: strengthening mental health structures and raising awareness. Together, they aim to close the gap between mental health needs and access to care by reinforcing local systems while simultaneously addressing stigma, knowledge gaps, and visibility. Our work combines on-the-ground capacity building with research, partnerships, and digital tools. Whether in clinics, communities, or public spaces, all projects are designed to be locally relevant, scalable, and ethically grounded

What we do for people around the world

Mental Health Structures

Strengthening mental health structures is at the core of our work. Many mental health needs in Cameroon remain undetected or untreated due to limited specialist availability, lack of training, and weak referral pathways—particularly outside major cities. Our projects focus on reinforcing existing health systems and creating sustainable links between community identification, clinical care, and specialist support.

Raising Awareness

Raising awareness is essential to reducing stigma and improving help-seeking behavior. Mental health remains highly stigmatized, poorly understood, and rarely discussed openly. Our awareness projects aim to normalize conversations around mental health, share evidence-based knowledge, and make reliable information accessible to the public.
